Laboratory Certification and First Harvest
After several months of cultivation, Al Manakh Bio Farm began to bloom. In September, the project received official laboratory approval from the Arab Center for Engineering Studies (ACES) confirming that the produce was organic and safe for human consumption.
With this certification, the first harvest could begin. As an initial step, the produce was distributed among SAT staff, allowing to set a system for harvesting: recording weights, monitoring frequency, and testing systems for distribution. This stage marked an important transition from cultivation to practice, embedding sustainable food production into the daily life of the institution.
